This is a grassroots effort. Everyone is welcome. Bring your families, friends, refreshments, and cameras.
PLEASE: Do respect our Capitol by helping to keep the grounds clean of refuse.
**NO flags on poles allowed– NO tent stakes in ground, must use sandbags or the like – no P.A. system provided. (per MO CSR 35-1.050)
